Close-r to family

Moving away from family was really hard but we found out that we would only be 5 hours away from my brother Andy his family we were really excited.  They are stationed in Tennessee for the moment and we wanted to take advantage of that so we tried to get together as often as we could.  they came up near the end of July to hang with us.  Cousin's are the best!  We did a lot of playing in the backyard.

Masie's 2!!!

We quickly made some friends in our new ward and were invited to a 4th of July party at their parents house.  Of course we had to celebrate Masie's Birthday while we were there so I offered to make some cakes, and of course it's the 4th of July so I HAD to make them patriotic.

 I'm so glad I got this pic.  This was one of the first times that Masie met Aww-Bee (Aubrey).  They became best buds and would ask for to see each other all of the time.  Age didn't matter, they just loved to play together.

Little Kaders is 2 months!

So McKay's 1 month pics were his blessing shots so I tried really hard to keep up on these milestone shots.  Since this is 2 years after the fact, I won't be able to remember all of the things he was able to do at the precise moments but at least there will be cute pics of our little boy!

Goodbye Utah!!!

A few days after McKay's blessing, the packers showed up and the next day loaded up and the morning after we were outta Utah.  It was really hard to say goodbye to so many people all at once.  We have made so many great friends, it felt like leaving my family.  

 The night we were packed up, we went up to Grandma/Grandpa's for one more sleepover.  These guys had to get just a few more snuggles in.

 It was really nice having family close for the time we were in Utah.  They have been there for so many big milestones.  This was a hard goodbye for everyone!

Almost forgot these.  We had to go to our favorite Hawaiian Shaved Ice Stand one more time with the gang.  We had some awesome neighbors!!!

Thanks Utah for opening our eyes that anything is possible. Never thought I would ever say this but, Utah, you will be missed!!!

McKay's blessing

Warning, none of these photos have been edited.  It got overwhelming with the move and the baby that I took pictures but just couldn't bring myself to do any editing.  So these are not perfect, but they are at least here.  McKay was blessed on June 1st (Unlce Billy's birthday).  We had lots of family in the area join us for this special day.  We borrowed Julie's blessing outfit she used with her two boys and it worked perfectly.  So Kristi and I took some quick pics before the festivities.

 Then we went to the park with the whole family and had luncheon before the blessing.

 We are officially a family of 8 now that Randy was back with us for good.

 That evening we celebrated uncle Billy's birthday and were surprised with a goodbye cake.
